Host of the Biggest Loser Loses Even More...
Alison Sweeney, who portrayed Sami Brady on the soap opera “Days of Our Lives,” and is the author of “The Mommy Diet” and host of The Biggest Loser joined hundreds of other fitness buffs for the SELF Workout in the Park 2011, a outdoor health, fitness and wellness festival hosted by SELF Magazine that featured exercise programs inspired by “TV programs Dancing with the Stars” and “Glee!” Sweeney posed for pictures with fans, kick-boxed and flexed her muscles. Proceeds benefit Cancer and Careers, Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

Walk It, JHud!
The Academy Award-winning and Grammy Award-winning Chicago native Jennifer Hudson appeared at Namaste Charter School on Chicago’s south side yesterday to promote the Weight Watchers Walk-It Challenge and to encourage the students to exercise, in conjunction with establishing healthier eating habits.
